  • Aurelia Vita is a photography and content-creation service for life's celebrations. We capture the people, emotions and little moments you'll want to remember long after the day is over.

  • We cover weddings, engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, graduations, family celebrations, milestone events and other special occasions.

  • No. Weddings are one of the celebrations we love to capture, but Aurelia Vita is for all kinds of meaningful celebrations.

  • We provide services within Melbourne and surrounding areas.

    Travel within 25km of Melbourne is included. Locations beyond 25km incur a travel fee of $0.20/km after the first 25km.

  • We currently offer:

    • Unedited video footage

    8 hours

    • 1 × 2-minute highlight reel

  • Your edited content will be delivered within 48hrs after your event.

    You'll have the opportunity to tell us about important people, moments and details during the client intake process.

Content Creation

  • We offer:

    1 hour — 15 edited photographs
    4 hours — 50 edited photographs
    8 hours — 100 edited photographs

    All packages include unedited digital files.

  • Your edited photographs will be delivered within 7 days after your celebration.

  • Our approach is primarily natural and candid, but we'll absolutely provide direction when needed — particularly for portraits, group photographs and important moments.

Photography

  • Aurelia Voices™ is a $50 add-on where we capture short, genuine messages from the people who matter most to you.

    Anyone can participate — parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, family or other special people in your life.

    There are no scripts or formal interviews. We want the messages to feel natural and genuine.

  • Our booking process is completely online:

    Choose your package → Select add-ons → Choose your date and time → Enter your details → Make your payment → Receive confirmation.

  • Your booking is confirmed once the required 25% deposit has been successfully completed.

    Simply selecting a date and time does not secure your appointment.

  • Yes. Cancellations can be made 7 days or more before your event date.

    If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, your deposit is non-refundable.

    If you cancel less than 7 days before the event and you paid in full, only 75% of the full amount will be refunded.

  • Yes. You can request to reschedule 7 days or more before your event, subject to availability.

    If we're unable to accommodate your new date, your payment will be refunded.

    Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event aren't available.

  • Absolutely! We encourage you to enjoy and share your memories on your personal social-media accounts.

  • Personal use is included, but commercial use isn't.

    Your images and videos cannot be used for paid advertising, business promotion or other commercial purposes without Aurelia Vita's permission.
