I created Aurelia Vita because I've always believed that the moments we remember most aren't necessarily the ones we planned.

They're the unexpected laugh, the hug that lasted a little longer, the happy tears, the people gathered around the table and the little moments happening quietly in between.

I wanted to create something that felt different — something that felt less like hiring a supplier and more like having someone there who genuinely cares about your celebration.

What it's like to have us there

Think of us as the friend who happens to have a camera. We'll know what's happening, know who matters, keep an eye on the timeline and quietly look for the moments you might otherwise miss.

You don't need to know how to pose. You don't need to constantly look at the camera. You don't need to worry about getting everything "right".

How it works

We've kept booking simple. Choose what you need, tell us about your celebration, and we'll take care of the rest.

  • Select the experience that's right for you.

  • Choose any add-ons you'd like, then select your preferred date and available time.

    You'll see the available options before you continue.

  • Enter your details and complete your client intake questions.

    We'll ask for the information we need to prepare for your celebration, including your event details, location and anything you'd like us to know.

  • Choose how you'd like to pay:

    25% deposit
    Secure your booking with a 25% deposit, with the remaining balance paid later.

    OR

    Pay in full
    Take care of the full amount upfront and have everything settled.

    Once your payment is completed, your appointment is confirmed.

  • We'll arrive prepared and capture your celebration naturally while you enjoy it.

  • We’ll carefully edit your images or organise your footage and create your content.

  • We’ll send a private link to you containing every moment we’ve captured.
